Todd,

Thank you for taking ------ under your wing this season! She learned so much from you and it was awesome seeing her blossom and build up her confidence throughout the season.

You are truly an amazing coach and sure know what you are doing! I appreciate all of your time and hard work with the team. I'm sure we will see you around at some soccer event soon.

more important-once again, thanks for a great and exciting LDV soccer year. i think most of the parents know and appreciate the effort you put into it. And from my perspective, --------- is learning how to be part of a serious, hardworking team, but one that also has fun. And she has improved over the course of the season which is great. As long as she keeps improving, and enjoying soccer, that is what i am after. The last 2 years at LDV has allowed her to do that, and that is due to how you coach and run the team.. Thanks again.

Todd,

The girls would not be where they are right now as a team without your hard
work and dedication to youth soccer. Their success is a direct result of
your coaching and I want to thank you for all you have done for the LDV
team this year. It has been fun watching them improve. Thanks!

2010 Coach Evaluations
(from the SSA Coach Evaluation Survey)

If you were generally satisfied with the coaches please give some examples of what they did well.

Coaches Todd and Shane are great coaches. I wish we could clone them for all teams.

Both coaches are fantastic.

Todd is a wonderful coach. He has taught the team skills and sportsmanship. He goes above and beyond to make sure all of the girls have a positive soccer experience.

My daughter loves soccer thanks to her coach.

She learned more than my 25 year old son ever learned during the time he played soccer.

Both of our coaches know how to direct and teach our under 9 team. They are respectful but firm challenging but not over the top and never ever yell at the team.

This was an excellent year for my daughter. She was able to learn a great deal of new skills. More importantly Todd and Shane reinforced our philosophy at home to establish good work ethics in anything you do.

Enjoyed the interaction and respect my daughter had for coach Todd and coach Todd for my daughter.

I thought the coaches did a great job of advancing the girls level of play. I also liked when they did events for team building. they also dedicated a lot of time to the girls.

They created a team that supported each other on and off the field. They communicated well with the girls. encourage them to do well as a team and as individuals. The team get togethers helped break the ice for my daughter. She was new to the team and this helped her to get to know the other players .

She had a great time. She enjoys spending time with all of her teammates and coaches. She really enjoyed being challenged this year.

Todd and Shane do a fantastic job to know their players. In my daughter''s case they know what she responds to and provides positive feedback to assist with the learning. They are extremely patient with the girls but also know when to "manage" the girls to retain their respect. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with them. Their dedication to this team consistently amazes me.

Fantastic practices great encouragement age appropriate expectations

As stated above she did learn many new soccer skills and the whole team overall has grown tremendously. On a personal level she was able to experience/learn what it was like to be on a team and work together to attain a common goal.

Great training. Good clinics.

Practice were conducted well and the players moved through the drills efficiently. Coaches were patient with the girls and position them well based on their strengths.

Todd is very thorough and teaches the foundation with excellance. They are really beginning to get the nuiances of the game as well. PASS to the open space. I have not seen one other U9 team execute like the Bravehearts do on things like corner kicks - this team has probably scored 8 goals from corner kicks and paying attention. The girls have a ball and are REALLY playing well with one another.

Kudos to Shane Towne as well!! They work well together as coaches!!!

GOOOOOOOOOO BRAVEHEARTS - WORLD CUPPPPPP HAHAHA
Enjoyed meeting new parents and like the local games.

If you were not satisfied please identify what improvements can be made.

With the exception of River Blough I think some of the trainers that were brought in didn''t match the girls high energy play and training style and the girls lost interest and were less attentive.
